Add rarfile python package (for DeepUnrar). #99

Description:

I'm using a script to extract nested archives which requires the python package rarfile.

Benefits of this PR and context:

I need it and it's a small package ;-)

How Has This Been Tested?

I ran docker build. The changes are straight forward, I think.
