removed default download dir from run file #30

Description:

removed default download dir from run file to prevent pyload from resetting user changes through the UI or the config files.

Benefits of this PR and context:

without this change, every time the container or pyload is restarted, the download dir resets to /downloads

How Has This Been Tested?

pushed the modified file into the container through docker-compose to test this.
