Good to see the upgrade to PHP 8 finally, as #28 has been stale for some time. Hoping the upgrade to snipe-it v6 follows soon! - Thanks!

Progress on #28 is blocked by changes required in the nginx base image and swag. Although this image does not rely on swag, we need to make sure that the nginx base includes everything required for all downstream images (like this one and swag) to properly transition to the new config structure. php8 happened to be lumped in with the structure changes.

It's certainly overdue, but not forgotten. Good progress has been made this week, and hopefully we can continue that trend and get all of the downstream images listed in https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-swag/pull/169 merged to the new nginx base soon.
