Probably need to add an APP_URL to the CI envs or disable the web CI otherwise it'll just fail.

CI screenshots are still broken. I'm not sure how to fix them. I can disable, but if someone has a suggestion on making them work I don't mind to push that change.

It won't work without the DB in place, the setup page just doesn't load unless it can connect to the db. Tested it locally to try and figure it out.

Turned it off in https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-snipe-it/pull/51/commits/53d724c3777c98e5cb37ced2904721a3e59e6615 I edited here in GH web, so the Jenkinsfile is not updated. CI for this PR will still have broken screenshot, but future builds should skip the screenshot.
