Keep Curl installed #100

Please could the curl package be kept in this image? I've read the discussion on supporting health checks and somewhat agree however I like to add my own health checks during deployment and curl is required.

I do think others would benefit from this, not just myself. Plus almost all other images linuxserver provides contains curl.
