How are you managing your container updates?
Manually (scripted)
By manually, I mean "docker pull lscr.io/linuxserver/tautulli:latest". Anyway... I deleted the container and recreated it using the above docker compose and suddenly it runs. That's very weird but I can mark this closed.
I had the some problem of the TS. I updated tonight after a week or 8 and the problem start. I always use the docker pull mechanis without problems.
So for troubleshooting I went back version by version. Delete container, delete registry, download lower version with docker pull linuxserver/tautulli:v2.12.4-ls85. update import-file with this buildversion. create new container by import-file. start container same error. So went back to as far as v2.12.4-ls80 and that was working. So up and running again.
After that start a new container with the latest image and everything default (except puid and pgid) and it was working. So I did an new export from config and compare working and not working file.
I discovered that in the working file under the variables there was an extra value in PATH. This was /lsiopy/bin.
So I edited my not working container settings with this extra value in PATH. Started the container and it was working again. So since v2.12.4-ls81 you need to have this value added. v2.12.4-ls80 is perfectly working without it
I was also crashing with exceptions like this for some time after a docker pull. Tautulli seems unable to find required python runtime in the container. Odd.
Bingo! Thanks @baruser123!
Stopped container, edited PATH in Advanced Settings, prepended /lsiopy/bin, saved, started, back in action.
Thank you @baruser123 and @filler - I just faced this issue and this solution works. I should also add that /lsiopy/bin must be prepended and not appended - I appended it first and still faced issues.
Is there an existing issue for this?
Current Behavior
I'm not able to start the 2.12.4 image. It was working find prior to this version. I'm running it in Docker on Synology (DSM DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 5).
When I attempt to start it, I get an infinite loop below:
