Cannot add torrent with web ui #193

Closed sunjx97 closed 1 year ago

linuxserver.io

I use transmission as a bt client. Recently, I find out when there are many torrents already seeding in transmission, I cannot add torrent with web ui. It gives me an error (Error adding "https://nyaa.si/download/1191191.torrent": gotMetadataFromURL: http error 0: No Response). But when I create a new container with the same image, it works.

By the way, I set the environment variable TRANSMISSION_WEB_HOME = /transmission-web-control/

Expected Behavior

Add torrent successfully

Current Behavior

Cannot add torrent when there are already plenty of torrents seeding. There is the error: gotMetadataFromURL: http error 0: No Response

Steps to Reproduce

  1. There are 50+ torrents seeding in the transmission
  2. Add torrent with web ui

Environment

OS: Linux Mint 20.3 CPU architecture: x86_64 How docker service was installed: from the official docker repo

Docker logs

It shows nothing in the logs.

you did not probide your docker information, how you created the container, no logs. nothing to help us. My only suggestion, as I close this, is for you to remove your webui change to see if it is the cause of your web ui issue :)

A human has marked this issue as invalid, this likely happened because the issue template was not used in the creation of the issue.
