Switch from deb to zip package

Description:

Install from the zip bundle rather than the deb package. This allows us to avoid the problems with mongo being a dep that then breaks the ability to install packages via apt because it's missing.

How Has This Been Tested?

Best I can tell this works exactly the same as the deb package. Ubiquiti say backups don't work but certainly manual ones do (and restores); once this is built I'll swap it out in my local install and see if the autobackups run when they're supposed to.
