Fix for api 500 http error include apc.so from pecl package apcu_bc-beta #2

This is a pull request to fix #1. The ideal way would be to install the package apcu_bc-beta using the pecl command, this resulted in a segmentation fault (core dump). There for a the "so" library has been add in the repository and add into the Docker image.

not prepared to add precompiled php modules like that.
