Wanted change

Is it possible to create a generated Title and Alt html tag from a file name or meta name?

Reason for change

Hovering over the logo of an Asian game would reveal the game's name in English.

Proposed code change

Through JavaScript it turned out only with links to images inserted directly into the HTML code. Is it possible to extract from json files? Thanks.
