[FEAT] - Add Global Remove Roms with No Art button #138

I noticed when I update the container - the game lists show games with no art again. I have to go through each of them to remove it. It would be nice to have a global remove games with no art (possibly scan for new items, download art globally also) in the Rom Management section somewhere.
