What am I doing wrong with this emulator? The front end doesn't work #69

What am I doing wrong with this emulator? I assume this forum is for emulatorjs because that's what it says at the top of the screen but it looks like there was another thread where the author said it's not and this is something else. I find anything on github is the complete opposite of user friendly. I don't understand docker, so I can't even figure out how to get to apache2 to setup my config files. So I'm trying to at least get it working internally. I can get to the backend on port 3000. How do you load the front end? I go to the IP and it doesn't work. I try the same ip on port 80 and the connection is refused. I tried 8080 and same. I read somewhere that someone used port 3001 but that doesn't work for me either. Are there instructions that explain how to use the emulator? Specifically how to actually operate it on the front end?

Am I supposed to do something on the backend in order for the front end to even load? I copied roms, got the art work, got rid of roms with no artwork, made sure the bios were there. why would it only work on port 3000 and it's refused on 80, 8080 and 3001? What am I missing here?
