Cutover from Dockerhub #11

I admit I do not know if this is something Fleet is already capable of achieving. Parent issue: https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-jenkins-builder/issues/68

This is not time sensitive, we just need a plan for showing image stats from Github instead of Dockerhub.

It may be that the next big bit of dev on fleet should be for GitHub compatibility when reading image data.
