Create and add a config sample file for Salt Rim, the Web UI frontend for Bar Assistant
Benefits of this PR and context
This has been tricky to manually create for many people, now that I have a working solution I would like to add it to the repo to avoid headaches for people in the future.
How Has This Been Tested?
I troubleshooted with people on various Discord's and eventually came to a working solution. I can now access my Salt Rim front end outside of my newtork.
