Description

This PR adds a reverse proxy config for homebox.

Benefits of this PR and context

The config sample was missing, so this addition allows easy reverse proxy configuration for homebox users.

How Has This Been Tested?

This has been tested on a server using docker-compose to run homebox and swag.
