[FEAT] Disable external authorization for Influxdb API endpoint #643

Is this a new feature request?

Wanted change

Allow access to the influxdb API endpoint, without prior authorization with nginx (i.e. using LDAP, authelia or authentik).

Reason for change

This change would simplify the access to the API endpoint when making calls from custom made scripts.

Proposed code change

The proposed code change is included in my pull request #642
