vaultwarden admin page should be restricted to local only

would prefer a internal.conf like described here: https://virtualize.link/secure/

because it's multiple times used. f.e. here: https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-mods/blob/6f74c4c7f94f74760c506b1c65d26488c58f950f/root/dashboard/dashboard.subdomain.conf.sample#L37-L40

I think this should mention why restricting /admin is a good idea
