Estimado, sé que ya ha pasado tiempo de publicarse esta guía, sin embargo la estoy siguiendo y me ha funcionado sin problema, aunque quisiera preguntarte, tengo una duda cuando dices:

!!!! POR NADA DEL MUNDO SE TE PUEDE OLVIDAR DESHABILITAR LA AUTORECARGA DE ASTERISK CON SYSTEMD EN AMBOS NODOS,

A esto te refieres que se tiene que hacer: systemctl disable asterisk ??

O a que te refieres con esto en particular. Muy agradecido de antemano por tu respuesta.

Otro error que se me presenta es cuando intento: pcs resource defaults resource-stickiness="0"

La terminal me indica: Warnig: Defaults do not apply to resources wich override them with their own defined values

Pero del resto todo me funciono muy bien y sin problemas.

Y como recursos tengo lo siguiente:

pcs resource virtual_ip (ocf: heartbeat:Ipaddr2): Started issabel-1 asterisk (ocf:hearbeat:asterisk): Started issabel-1
