Fix bugs in modifications. There still are some css bugs, though:

• there is a small thin black line between the header and the "welcome" header
• there is an overlap footer > sidebar, which becomes apparent on small screens

Note that these problems are also in the current cartoterra, but this pull request makes them more perceptible (for the second point).
