Enable Android music control for extension developers #809

There is one music extension for DC (DashClock Music Extension: 
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gonemad.dashclockmusicextension), 
and it only displays now playing. The developer states that this is because DC 
does not allow extensions to have buttons, but I, and apparently many users of 
that extension, would like to be able to control music through this (probably 
just in Daydream, since Android generally has a control widget on the 
lockscreen that supersedes DashClock).

Capability to set fullscreen album art in Daydream would also be appreciated, 
but not nearly as much as just being able to control the music without leaving 
Daydream.
