improve blog to act also as a social medium

i'm finding that writing posts is extremely important and useful. the process of articulating my thoughts forces me to run through them step by step, which is sort of like having a deep conversation with myself about the topic, in this case linx.

as a direct effect from the above, i find myself making realizations about things pretty regularly. the posts, intended initially as a recap, end up having new thoughts as well as old.

there are those who i think would be interested in both the recap and the new thoughts , and i would like to share with them. for now, specifically i have in mind some of the more participating members of the 'linx group' (ginny, you, isabella, chii?, ernest?, chris?).

this naturally lends to the desire to receive comments on posts / allow for further discussion. up till now, most of the discourse has been too technical and specific to include/interest many of the others. with the new platform and designs, we should now have a way for non-technicals to contribute: i think the blog can ease us into that, as per our discussion on 5/1 after the big meetup. so how can we best include comments and discussions into the posts? right now our primary channels are phone and github issues, and i think we should open up a new channel for non-technical group discussion things (ie grand ideas/schemes, progress, etc. basically what's in the blog posts so far)
