Is there one zip file for the source code that can be downloaded for each 
chapter/project in the book?

No you have not. The book is junk and leaves people guessing every step of the 
way. An "Idiot" who is a complete expert should not have to guess what to do 
when never faced with a new language. If you ran the code as is Chris, even 
knowing what should be done in the "guess how to do it" parts of each chapter 
the code would crash and be useless. What's worse, an "idiot" would never know 
if the errors are current or from other chapters that make one guess.

Please, please please just make a link on a website, not repository containing 
the zip files for a WORKING prototype. Some can't even reach the repository.
