feat(lambda-tiler): Update the tileMatrix from stylejson source if exists. #3279

Motivation

We should allow url configurable tileMatrix in the styleJson source instead hard coded. So we can create raster style config for different tileMarix in basemaps-config.

Modification

Only replace if {tileMarix} exists in the source url, so this won't broken any existing configs.
