Make accessible from LINZ corporate networks #24

So that LINZ people can access from their own laptops they need network connection from the LINZ networks.

See bde-processor-db and bde-processor-analytics-replica for some exisitng examples.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Can be accessed from at least the following networks: linz corporate, linz-mobility, DaaS
[x] User can use their client of choice on their own laptops, e.g. PGAdmin, QGIS etc
[x] Users use corporate windows builds and also self-managed linux/mac laptops
