Write automated tests

Task

Write automated tests. The tests should:

• Be Integration tests. e.g. perform an action in UI and test result in DB
• Use python unittest
• Cover scenarios out lined in the test plan (for test plan see #62)
• run current CI
• Run against a live instance of QGIS 3.10

Definition of Done

once the test plan is automated and all tests are passing
