postgres data provder fails to add new geom (ERROR: more than one row returned by a subquery used as an expression) #160

When using the "add new feature" tool and then saving that feature to the database the postgres data provider responds with

Layer Gazetteer feature point : PostGIS error while adding features: ERROR: more than one row returned by a subquery used as an expression

False Flag.

This appears to be a result of hacking test data. Redeploying a new test database and not inserting "hacked" data but via the plugin methods only this error is no longer raised.
