Bug Description

The icons for the Gazetteer buttons in the built in help are missing

Steps to Reproduce

Turn plugin on
Open help tab
Open first button

Desktop

Environment: [Windows 10]
Relevant Software Versions: [e.g. Gazetteer Plugin 2.0.1 UAT, QGIS 3.14.0]
