Right click and 'Reload' breaks Gazetteer editor panel #232

Bug Description

Using the 'refresh' function breaks the Gazetteer editor panel for the name entry.

The 'broken' panel is similar to what happened for issue #213

Steps to Reproduce

1): Open any name, eg Pitt Head 2): Right click and select 'Reload' 3): Panel Breaks

Displays 'QtNetwork Error 202'.

Thanks @CMKMS-LINZ can you please confirm if this behaviour happens on QGIS 2.x version of the plugin.

In 2.6.1 the 'Reload' does not cause the issue above...but it also doesn't work (does nothing).

If you move the reference point for the name, the lats/longs/nztm do not show the updated position until you exit the entry and reopen it. I presume the 'Reload' should effectively be doing the same thing by reloading the entry in order to show the updated bits.

To test I fixed the position of Lake Carrick, where the reference point was outside of the wet bit. Using reload afterward did not show any update. Exiting the entry and reopening it refreshed the informatiom.

Ah okay, I suspect this bug has always been there but is presenting differently in QGIS 3. Would suggest you advise people not to use that button in the meantime. Is it actually a useful button?

It's not a critical problem and yes I can tell people not to use it.

If it worked, it would be useful since you'd have a one click solution rather than having to exit and reenter, or open another name and go back to refresh information.
