Last geometry (point, line polygon) added to a Gazetteer feature cannot be edited #247

Bug Description

Discovered while running through the tests created for the plugin upgrade, as used for testing the Database version upgrade and migration.

Essentially, if you add any piece of geometry and save, then turn editing on again, you will be unable to select the new geometry with the Gazetteer tools or native QGIS tools, eg move node. If you add a second piece of geometry, save, then turn editing on again, the first will become editable, but the second will be uneditable.

If QGIS is restarted/a new instance started, the last feature will be editable.

Thanks Chris. Do you know if this happened on the old server? Or is it a new bug?

This is something from the plugin migration, independent of the server work - happens on the current production as well. Just didn't pick it up earlier.
