Filter projections for WMTS services #204

If a WMTS service only supports one EPSG, don't allow the user to select the other EPSGs in the drop down box next to the 'add layer' button. This will likely cause a 'broken source' error, once it has been added to the map. And it would be more intuitive for the user.
