Snapplot highlight station/observation not working in Windows #108

In snapplot clicking on a station or observation in the detail view no longer highlights the corresponding station/observation on the map. FIrst reported by MB. Probable cause is upgrading wxWindows version - identified that the grid event that was being used to implement this function (EVT_GRID_RANGE_SELECT) is not being fired in the windows version.
