Add additional blocklists to list-manager checkboxes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing latest PeerBlock
2. Open List Manager

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All "old" lists should be recognized and working under the new version as well.

Alternative solution:
I like your check boxes in the new list manager. How about offering more of
the most popular/useful block lists by default?

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
Win7, 32-bit.

Sounds like a good idea!  We do need to be careful though about confusing the 
user
with too many options - want to balance usefulness versus ease-of-use.  Would
probably be best to discuss additional lists in our forums, which generally get 
much
more traffic than this issues-tracker.

Just to make sure, this is an enhancement request asking for additional lists 
to be
added as checkboxes, with your currently-configured lists transferring over to
checkboxes as well, right?  No defects in the way lists are currently being 
handled?

I'm updating the description under the assumption that my interpretation is 
correct,
please post another update if not.

The PeerBlock settings feature one of the most confusing UI handling I have ever
encountered in a Windows-based program.

Let me explain:
In the _upper left_ corner you have 2 Tabs.
"Oh, I know that! They couldn't fit everything in one windows, so there are 
tabs!"

In my first days of PeerGuardian I totally missed out the 2nd page of the 2nd 
tab (in
the _lower right_),
because it was so well-hidden and I expected it to be another tab.
Even after figuring out, I often got confused because clicking on the 2nd tab 
did not
bring me to the Settings Page I expected prior to clicking.

Now, of course, I'm not as confused anymore, because I know the UI in and out.
Nevertheless, I would think that stream-lining it to handle more "intuitively" 
would
be a great plus for all beginners.

I would like to update with what I believe he's trying to say.

You should partner with iblocklist and have them offer an RSS feed (or some 
other
text download) which has names, descriptions, and download links for all the 
lists
they have available, as well as a default action (i.e. default allow or default
block). Have the program download that file and display the available lists in 
the
list manager; that way it always stays up to date and there's no trouble adding
lists. I would look into Ubuntu's application library software or synaptic for
inspiration (list of lists in top pane, description of list in bottom).
