number of blocked ip's does not change #234

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.updating the lists
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the number of blocked ip addresses is ALWAYS 775373594. it has been at 
this number for about 3 weeks even though it has been updating everyday.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
peerblock 1.0 r223

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Can you be more specific as which lists you have ?

I'm assuming you're talking about the "P2P" (aka "Bluetack Level1") list.  From
talking with the guy who runs iblocklist.com, my understanding is that while
Bluetack's lists have been flagged as modified, they haven't actually had any 
ranges
added to them.

My recommendation would be to visit their forums over at 
http://www.bluetack.co.uk
and ask them what's up.  In addition, you may be interested in checking out the 
TBG
"Primary Threats" list from over at iblocklist.com - many of our users have 
started
using it in addition to (or in some cases instead of) the Bluetack Level1 list.

Marking this as "Invalid" in order to close it, as we're not the authors of any 
of
these lists so there's nothing we can do about it.
