PeerBlock 1.1 Window doesn't retain position

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move peer block main windows to another monitor
2. Restart PC
3. Peer Block main window always defaults to primary monitor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Peer Block main window always defaults to primary monitor

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
- Peer Block 1.1
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
- Running 3 monitors on NVIDIA cards (GT 240 and GT 430).
- If i position main window on the primary monitor, it will keep this position 
after restart.
- If i position the main window on the 2nd or 3rd monitor it will always return 
to the primary monitor after restart.
