peerblock makes pc to re-boot #413

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute peerblock 
2. Show update dialog
3. Re-boot 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Run peerblock normally. But it makes system to reboot

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
32-bit Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Previously peerblock worked.
Install several Windows updates.
Tried to un-install and install PeerBlock 1.0+ (r484), but still re-booting. 
Used PeerBlock_r202__Win32_Release_(Vista) standalone/portable version
still hit same error. 

Suspect - pbfilter.sys cannot be executed/loaded properly. Log file attached.
