Sqlite database error - database disk image is malformed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. normal running of the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected not to see this error. A dialog box pop up and say Exception Occured.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

32-bit windows 7 ultimate. peer block v1.1

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
