Exception Error (2x) on Wake Up #418

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Exception error occurs upon wake up from sleep mode (2 occurrences - same 
error)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

> Upon wake up, Peer Block should start as normal after updating lists. 

> After closing 2 exception error messages, Peer Block appears to run as 
normal. 

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

> Running Peer Block 1.1 on Win 7-64 OS  Home Prem w/SP1 installed. 

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
