Last Window Position and Size Didn't Save #476

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Application. Change it window size and position. Minimize to tray. Exit 
application when in tray.
2.Start application again, but the last window position and size back to 
application default not the last window position and size in step 1.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Peerblock should save the last window position and size even when this 
application exit from system tray.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
1.2 r263. Windows XP SP 3 OS. 32-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
