SQL Logic error or missing database #493

Using PeerBlock build number 41401140693, after launching the program, I get a 
pop-up window with this message (title : Uncaught Exception) :
An uncaught exception occured: 
Build number: 41401140693
File: logproc.cpp
Line: 522
Type: class sqlite3x::database_error
Message: SQL Logic error or missing database

Please visit...

A new window seem to pop-up every minute or so.
