Spanish translation #25

We need a Spanish team (at least two persons) to help us translate the whole site in Spanish. The translations structure is already set, so there is only one PO file to translate, but we will need a reactive team to keep the translation up-to-date when modifications are made to the website.

Translators have been identified and began the work. More updates later on.

This has been dropped until further notice. If there are any interested Spanish-speaking parties, I'll be happy to re-open this
