The part about minion tap is interesting indeed, I'd like to add a ruling, but I'll need a reference to a Rules Director post.

we dont know who be director this time,maybe someone of these guys. ankha become director later. maybe is good check somehow who be director in what years,by some topic i conclude how izzak be director one time

FYI this is the rules directors list, there are only 4 in the game history as far as I know: 2016-12-04 Vincent Ripoll (ANK) 2011-07-06 Pascal Bertrand (PIB) 1998-06-22 L. Scott Johnson (LSJ) 1994-12-15 Thomas R Wylie (TOM)

Shawn F. Carnes (SFC) has made some official rulings between 1995 and 1997. Maybe he filled in for a short period where TOM was not available, I don't know.
