修改默认模版，中文出现乱码 #96

修改默认模版，改Recent Comments，Categories,Blog 
roll等为中文，预览却现实为乱码，都是口口，
何解？

一般英文的模板字符编码为ANSI的，所以编辑里看中文是正常�
��，预览又成了乱码

需要重新另存下，字符编码里选择 UTF-8
