Add install_requires to setup.py #29

This makes requirements get installed automatically by pip. I also noticed some hanging issues when using gitpython>=2, so it depends on the older version.

@jansel I bumped the version up to 1.0.0 after this merge instead of 0.3.1. I think we've reached stable status. :)
