31422492: On 4S simulator identifierForVendor changes with every build and run. #17195

Description

Area: UIKit

Summary: When building and running on iPhone 4S simulator, identifierForVendor is different for every build. When running on iPhone SE simulator identifierForVendor is the same for each run (as it is expected).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open attached demo project.
  2. Build and run the demo project on an iPhone 4S simulator.
  3. Stop the debug in Xcode.
  4. Build and run again on the iPhone 4S simulator.

Expected Results: The identifierForVendor is the same on each run.

Actual Results: The identifierForVendor is different on each run.

Version: iOS 9.3, Xcode Version 8.3 (8E162)

Notes:

Configuration: iPhone 4S simulator
