42624081: NSTableView header borders are too thick #20162

Description

Summary: Dear AppKitterinos,

In macOS 10.14 beta 4, the top and bottom borders of an NSTableView’s header are too thick. On macOS 10.13.6, the borders are one pixel thick (on a Retina display). On macOS 10.14 beta 4, the borders are two pixels thick (on a Retina display). Please make them one pixel thick again.
