22779188: Photos.app does not cancel upload of new photos to iCloud when user deletes them from library #6119

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Import lot of big photos from SD card to Photos.app
  2. Realise it would take about a day for your slow DSL connection to upload them
  3. Delete new photos

Expected Results: Upload of deleted photos stops

Actual Results: Upload of deleted photos continues from com.apple.cloudphotosd cache within .photoslibrary

Version: OS X 10.10.5

Notes: I had to delete photos from com.apple.cloudphotosd manually to cancel upload
