Hotkeys to move between dweets #50

I have this in my browser on n/p, thanks to this old userscript

If we felt really lazy, we could just drop that script on the site, and tweak the key codes.

Alternatively, it could be used for inspiration. (For example, it knows how to ignore keys when we are focused on a textbox.)
