Add support for ERC20 tokens, pull pricing data from Etherscan / altcoin exchanges (Liqui.io etc).

Please support this! ie: Golem, SONM, status etc etc...

Golem is already supported apparently - its just waiting for someone who can successfully build a binary release to do so
