Please use your own Staticman instance. #21

Hi, this is the owner of the "bot" @staticmanlab. I'm starting this issue as you've invited my bot.

I'm no longer running my Staticman instance staticman3.herokuapp.com because Staticman's maintainer has advised everyone to stay away from any shared API instance in https://github.com/eduardoboucas/staticman/issues/317#issuecomment-56525006.

I'm sorry for my lack of updates about this in the Staticman integration in all Jekyll and Hugo themes to which I've contributed, as well as the inconvenience caused.

trying out the updated docs. Hopefully it's thorough enough to make this just work.
