AllianceFramework should be broken down and integrated

There are two SPICE parser/drivers. One that comes with AllianceFramework (deprecated) and a new one implemented as a separate module.

This reflects that AllianceFramework was a bad design choice in retrospect. We should:

• Break it down in atomic components.
• Move the extended library features directly inside Hurricane.
